How We Approach A New Challenge
We divide each project into three stages.
Stage 1:
Audit
At this initial stage, we gather your questions to create a brief. We then run an audit to see what data is available to answer these questions. Then, based on your brief, the quality of data available, and your budget, we agree on the best approach for your brand.
Stage 2:
Analysis
The second stage is when we really dig deep into your data. This can take the form of data analysis or more advanced econometric modelling. We then use this analysis to run the scenarios and optimisations which will answer your questions and form the basis of our recommendations.
Econometrics / MMM requires an investment of time and money. It may not be the best approach for you.
Stage 3:
Actions
In the final stage, we answer your questions with practical recommendations for your brand’s marketing. We can deliver through a series of presentations, workshops and reports for you to keep.
